By creating an account or using the Al Noor Fast Food app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
You can browse the menu, place orders, and track status. Orders are fulfilled by Al Noor Fast Food, Shaheed Road, Mian Channu.
2. Account
- Customers sign in with a Pakistani mobile phone number (optional name). Guest mode is also available
- Provide accurate information, including a reachable phone number for order confirmation
- Keep your phone secure and do not use someone else’s account
3. Orders & pricing
- Menu and prices may change without notice
- Minimum order rules in the app apply
- After placing an order, the restaurant may call to confirm address and delivery fee (Pending Quote)
- Final total is confirmed after that call
- Orders depend on availability and delivery area
4. Payment
- Default method is Cash on Delivery
- The app may show bank transfer / JazzCash account details for manual payment outside the app. Confirm the amount with the restaurant and keep your receipt
- We do not process credit/debit card payments inside the app at this time
- Pay the confirmed total on delivery or as instructed after confirmation
5. Delivery
Times are estimates only. Provide a clear address and stay reachable on your phone.
6. Cancellations & issues
- Cancel only while the app allows it for that order status
- Report food issues within 30 minutes via Support / store contacts
- Refunds or replacements are decided by the restaurant after review
7. Acceptable use
No fraud, abuse, or attempts to break security. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
