Al Noor Fast Food ("we", "us") operates the Al Noor Fast Food mobile app for food ordering in Mian Channu, Pakistan.
This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can delete your account. This is a real, public policy page for Google Play and app users.
1. Information we collect
- Account: name and Pakistani mobile phone number used to sign in (phone-based login; customers are not asked for a separate email/password)
- Guest sessions: a temporary account for that session, cleaned up when you leave guest mode / log out
- Orders: items, amounts, delivery address text, order phone, status, timestamps
- Favourites and saved addresses (when signed in with phone)
- In-app order notifications
- Technical data from Firebase/Google needed to run login and the database securely
We do not use GPS / location permission. Delivery fee is confirmed by phone call using the address you type.
2. How we use information
- Create and manage your account
- Process and deliver orders
- Call you from restaurant staff phones to confirm address and delivery fee
- Send order status updates in the app
- Customer support, security, and improving the app
3. Sharing
- Restaurant admin users can see orders (address + phone) to fulfil delivery
- Google Firebase stores accounts and order data as our service provider
- WhatsApp / phone dialer open only when you tap those buttons
- Bank / JazzCash details shown in the app are for manual payment outside the app; we do not take card payments in-app and we do not collect your bank password or JazzCash PIN
- We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers
4. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. Orders may be kept for history, accounting, and fraud prevention. When you delete your account we remove profile, favourites, addresses, notifications, and related orders we can delete, except short legal/security retention if required.
5. Delete your account
We aim to complete web requests within 30 days.
6. Children
This app is not directed at children under 13. Contact us to remove a child’s account.
7. Security
We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules. Keep your phone secure. No system is 100% secure.
8. Your choices
Update profile, remove favourites/addresses, delete account, or email us about your data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
